PRIVATE EVENTS
Looking for the perfect space to host your next event? Well, look no further… At The Yard we offer a range of different rental options depending on your needs. From our studio space to host yoga and fitness events, to our cafe area for private catered events for any kind of celebration. You can even rent our skate park for private use, lessons and parties. We have a number of package options available. If you are looking for something more bespoke then get in touch with us by emailing [email protected].
Table Reservations
Table reservations are available during our Cafe open times with a minimum spend of ¥1,000 per person. For parties of 10 or more people, we generally require you to pre-order food with 4 days advanced notice. Please contact us by email make a booking.
Studio ONLY Rental
Private studio space rental, perfect for instructors looking to host classes, workshops, retreats and events. Rental of the studio space includes the use of equipment (mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, weights, aerial yoga hammocks, singing bowls, incense etc). You will get 15 minutes before and after your session to set up and pack away. The space will be staffed for the duration of your event.
Skate room ONLY Rental
Includes use of the skate park space only, perfect for private parties or skateboard events. You will have 15 minutes either side of your booking time for set up and clear down. The space will be staffed for the duration of your event. If you wish to hire an instructor please contact us.
EVENT Space Rental
Rent The Yard for your party or event. Our large cafe space is perfect for birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and much more. During your rental time our cafe will be open for you and your guests to enjoy our drinks menu. If you wish to pre-order birthday cakes, baked goods, specialist drinks and food from our menu this can be arranged, we require 7 days advance notice for catering. Anything purchased from the cafe will be charged in addition to the space rental rate. You can choose to allow your event guests to pay for their own food and drinks upon ordering or we can run a tab of charges for you to settle at the end of your event. You will get 15 minutes before and after your session to set up and pack away. The space will be staffed for the duration of your event. You can bring your own food, drinks and decorations as required.
